The Importance of Empathy
This training will help providers understand the meaning of empathy, how it differs from sympathy, identify signs of empathy in themselves, understand the importance of empathy in ECE, and view a variety of activities that foster empathy in the classroom.
Each participant will receive 1.5 CHC for attending and completing all required coursework.
Credits: 1.5 credit hours

Time: 6:30pm-8:00pm
Location: Virtual via Zoom, link will be shared with participants via email, 2 days prior to the training event.

I understand that my training registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- If notified within 48 hours of the training taking place, I can be placed in another Southeastern Community College, Region 4 CCR&R training course.
- If I lose a training certificate and a duplicate is needed, I will pay $20. for each duplicate certificate provided.
- Duplicate certificates will not be provided for training courses over a year old.
