Unpacking ITERS-R: An Overview of the Infant/Toddler Environment Rating Scale- Revised Edition -Registration open NOW!
This on-demand course provides an overview of ITERS-R commonly used terms and definitions and explores specific requirements related to the seven subscales, items, and indicators. Learners are required to have a copy of their Participant Guide to complete various activities. There is time set aside for pause and reflection.
Learning objectives – Participants will:
1. Identify key characteristics of ITERS-R
2. Recognize how ITERS-R assesses quality
3. Identify opportunities for improvement in their classrooms
This is a self-paced, on-demand course where the learner will actively engage in the learning process. While taking the course, the learner will answer multiple-choice questions related to the topic. The learner will respond, reflect and write about their teaching practices related to the course content. Participants will be able to share their ideas and experiences with one another. Participants will be able to receive feedback upon request.
This course is accessible from any electronic device that is connected to the internet, such as a smart phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.
